Refund policy

At Gettysburg Print & Frame, all of our products are custom-printed to order. Because each item is personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Defects & Errors: If your order arrives with a print defect, color issue, or we made an error on your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We will reprint or refund your order at no charge.

Customer Errors: We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files or approved proofs (typos, incorrect colors, low-resolution images). Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
